Gold in a precious bottle! This sweet wine is aptly named: it is nectar with a honey color, beautiful authenticity, and notes of jam, pear and vanilla. The wine is only made during the best years, from carefully selected bunches which have reached full ripeness, from late harvest selections, and noble rot.
A truly beautiful wine that is vinified daily for an exceptional tasting experience.

Grape variety: 100% Chenin.
Terroir: muddy clay soils, with parcels situated near the Château.
Vinification: at a temperature of 18 to 20°C, alcoholic fermentation may be fairly slow, lasting 2 to 3 months. These wines must not be “shaken up” but gently supervised because they are the ultimate still wines!
