White Crémant de Loire
The terroirs of Chinon and Vouvray combined in one bottle! The minerality of Chenin and the finesse of Chardonnay are boosted by the structure of Cabernet Franc. One wine, three grape varieties and a thousand ways to enjoy it.
This blend offers a complex nose with accents of brioche and roasted notes and has beautiful subtlety on the palate. Try it with pan-seared scallops and Jerusalem artichoke purée. Delicious!
Grape variety: 60% Chenin, 40% Chardonnay.
Terroir: sandy or gravelly terraces in the Vienne valley, located in Seuilly (Chinon area) and Reugny (Vouvray area).
